Avruga caviar is herring roe from the waters off the coast of Spain.
Flavor: A deliciously mild smoky flavor.
Color: Pearlescent black color

Black Capellin Caviar - pasteurized caviar:
Ingredients: Capelin Roe, salt, stabilizers, spices, citric acid, artificial colors: red#40, yellow#6, blue#1, 0.1% Sodium Benzoate.
Size: Light, tiny, ”Chewy” eggs.
Color: Black.
Appearance: Glossy.

Fresh Pink Trout Roe Caviar
This roe comes from freshwater trout caught in smaller inland lakes. With an assertive, bold flavor, these firm, translucent pink berries have what looks like a tiny orange eye in the center. Trout produce a medium-grained roe that has a tendency to be slightly sticky — a quality that can be disguised when it's piled high on a canape with a little creme fraiche or stirred into a dip.

Black Lumpfish Caviar - pasteurized caviar
Flavor: firm, crunchy texture with a pronounced salty fish flavor.
Size of the eggs: Small fine grained eggs.
Color: Black.
